Performance Promise

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged footwear in original packaging with tags attached. Your satisfaction drives our innovation.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Prepare Your Items

Ensure your footwear is:

  • Unworn (no signs of use on soles or uppers)
  • In original condition (no alterations or customizations)
  • Packaged with all original tags, inserts, and boxes

Step 2: Submit Your Request

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

Non-Returnable Items

For performance and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized/Cleated Soccer Shoes: Due to sport-specific modifications
  • Worn Footwear: Any shoes showing signs of outdoor use (trail dirt, track marks, etc.)
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked during checkout

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive faulty performance footwear:

  • Include photos of the defect
